I have over 30 years experience working in the lending industry, working in operations, secondary/product development, and sales management/origination roles. I have a strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, & operation skills, allowing me to expertly navigate our sales team through their transaction to ensure an efficient and expedient loan closing. I leverage my deep understanding of the details and work-flows associated with mortgage financing to help educate the team on new and current products, sales tools, and marketing techniques to help make intelligent and informed decisions, along with growing personal volume and building relationships. My goal is to help simplify the production flow and process for mortgage sales with experience supporting over 23 states on of a full range of mortgage financing products as well as supporting the production team inquiries from multiple branch offices, to increase profit and proficiency.
