Jaden Jeter has over 21 years of experience in real estate and highly competitive financial services. He started his career in residential real estate sales with Prudential in 1999. From there he went on to work with several large home builders as a sales agent and in 2007 transitioned to sales manager for several well-established San Diego developers, including Del Mar Pacific Group, and Cornerstone. He was chosen as the lead project manager to work on various large scale real estate projects such as Icon at Petco Park and Missions at Rio Vista.

In 2016 he started working at Helvetica Group, a private real estate investment bank in Southern California where he was head of the originations department helping brokers, real estate agents and individuals secure funding for high-risk loans.

Jaden’s hard work, self-motivation, and true passion for his business has helped his reputation as a qualified financial service agent by providing his clients assistance every step of the way. Whether it be navigating the way for first time buyers, securing funding for large corporations, or brokering commercial investments, his expertise can help many borrowers throughout their journey.

Jaden strives to provide outstanding service to his clients by following a motto instilled in him by a former boss: “Chase the relationship, not the commission.” Jaden works hand-in-hand with his clients to anticipate needs and make the loan process a stress-free experience. With over two decades in the industry, Jaden strives every day to deliver professional expertise and personal care to his clients.

Jaden currently resides in San Diego, along with his loving wife and daughter.
