Ivy was born and grew up in Brooklyn, NY until the age of twelve, when her family relocated across the country to the Simi Valley in California. Ivy went on to receive her MBA from Cal State, San Bernardino in finance. Having a strong blend of skills in mathematics, education, and finance would serve her well in the mortgage industry as an expert in her field.

After receiving her MBA Ivy began her career in the mortgage industry after her MBA as a relationship specialist for JP Morgan Chase, one of the largest financial institutions in the country and remained with them for seventeen years. Ivy Expanded her knowledge in the industry by working in a variety of roles starting out as a relationship specialist (loan processor) through loan officer, sales manager and
then branch manager.

Ivy joined Franklin Loan Center as a senior loan officer in March of 2011, and quickly became one of the company’s award-winning top producers for the past seven years. Her ability to adapt and master the day to day changes in the mortgage industry and act as an expert on the complexity of these transactions engenders trust and confidence, and her personable and approachable demeanor makes her one of the easiest to work with loan officers at the company.

Because of her deep knowledge in finance and the mortgage industry and her love of working with people, Ivy is an expert at helping borrowers navigate and understand the how to financially manage owning a home, the importance of how credit plays a central role, not overextending oneself, and budgeting to make sure there’s a solid financial foundation for the client.
